Dear Mom,
I am doing well, and am working hard and loving it. I was transferred to the Newhall ward in the Santa Clarita Valley. We meet in the same building as President Hall, so we get to see him often, it is great, he is great, and it is great to be around him more often. We have a lot of investigators so a lot of teaching as well as finding so it is great. It is a big change from the past six months where I knew where I was no matter where I was and I knew pretty much everyone and thing about the area. To being where I don't always know where I am or know what we or doing or what to do, but you know me, I learn fast and I am picking it up fast. We are teaching a family right now, Cisco and his two children, Abby 15 and Junior 12. Abby is a freshmen, and has braces and reminds me of the Hispanic version of Katie, and Junior is in 6th grade and he is about 5' 3" and around 165 lbs. so they really remind me of Kate and me. Cisco is a single father, and is a tow truck driver, he works long hours, but he loves his children and wants what is best for them. Abby and Junior came to Church yesterday and Abby loved it and Junior enjoyed it as well. But you know how 12 year old boys are SO great at welcoming people. So he felt a little left out but it is ok we are going to work with the boys and help them know how to welcome people better. There is a lot to say but so little time so I will end with this, I have seen many great things this week and I have seen what the gospel can do for people, and it is great when people listen and I hope that those who don't will later in life.

How do you feel about being in a bike area again? Well, it isn’t too bad. It is another smallish area not as small as my last, but not super huge either. But I am ok but I will be ready for a car next area I move to, whenever I go.
Who is your companion? Where is he from? My companion is Elder M, he is the District Leader but the joke is he is the Relief Society pres. because we only have sisters in our district, other than us, well we have the assistants too, but they really don’t count because they won’t be here very often. He is from Magna UT.
